You Should Know That
The primary Bio5C author, Jason Napodano, is a convicted felon. Mr. Napodano pled guilty to one count of securities fraud in October 2017 and spent four months in federal prison from August 2018 to December 2018. Mr. Napodano is barred by the SEC from "participating in the offering or inducing the purchase of Penny Stocks". Mr. Napodano lost the right to use the CFA designation in September 2017. If you have a problem with any of this, you should exit this website immediately and never come back. By continuing to view material on this website, you are saying that you understand Mr. Napodano's history and that you still chose to participate and engage with his Service under no warranty.

Termination of Membership
Bio5C has the right to terminate your membership for any reason at any time. Because some of the products and services of Bio5C (the Reports or the Videos or the Valuations and the Model) are fully consumable upon subscription, there is no refund for a monthly membership. Yearly memberships are refundable for the unused portion of the remaining subscription time at a rate of the upfront fee less $95 per month for the time the membership was active.

Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement Notice. Bio5C is wholly-owned by Jason Napodano, an individual residing in the United States. Jason Napodano is the sole proprietor of Bio5C.

If you believe any of the content provided on the Site or through our Services infringes on your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send us notice of the alleged infringement with a brief explanation identifying the allegedly infringing content through our contact form on the Site and we will promptly evaluate your claim and take any appropriate action.
